I-9s aren't a notarial act and so won't need a stamp. I completed their type but did not stamp. Nor did I attach a certificate as their type didn't call for the employee's signature (and I'm not notarizing my signature). I still left the consumer with my small business card to present to them also to let them know they might phone me with any issue
